SHIPPING POLICIES:
- You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs. If you should cancel your order for any reason, you are still responsible for the freight charges that shipped our product to you. You will also be responsible for return shipping and freight charges.
- Should you receive your part(s) and no longer need it for any reason, this constitutes as a cancellation. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping charges.
- If you receive the part(s) that you have ordered and they are exactly as they have been described by words or images, including any scratches, cracks, or flaws, from Desert Truck and Auto Parts and you decide that you do not want to keep the part(s), you are responsible for all shipping charges.
- If you have ordered the wrong part(s), you the buyer, are responsible for all shipping charges. Furthermore, you are still responsible for the shipping charges of any parts you order to correct your initial mistake.
- Your merchandise refund will be applied to your account after we have received the original merchandise back to our facility, provided it is returned in the same condition and with all attached parts and markings in which it was shipped to you. You may be responsible for restocking fees or cancelation fees as notified by your salesperson or Desert Truck & Auto Parts at the time of cancelation.
